Our Right to Cancel your Membership
Search Lotto retains the right to suspend or cancel your membership immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
You retain the rights to cancel this agreement at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the service with immediate effect.
Restrictions - Age Requirements and Limits on Orders
Due to the nature of the product Search Lotto represents, a minimum age of 18 is required to use the service. By entering into our agreement you confirm that you are of the required age. Your age may be checked using 192.com, Experian or other similar verification techniques.
If at a later stage it is discovered that the user does not meet the legal age limit, Search Lotto reserves the right to refuse payout in the case of a win. Anyone under the age of 18 found to be using the site will have any winnings forfeited and will also be reported to the police.
Responsible Gaming
Search Lotto is proud to support responsible gaming. As such Search Lotto participates within the gaming/gambling sectors sharing information regarding under age misuse. Search Lotto is also looking into the use of self expulsion or opt out programs which will allow a user to ban themselves from entering the site for a period of time.
Termination/Suspension of Accounts
Accounts are limited to one per person. If the company discovers that a user or prospective user has more than one account, or suspects a third party account is being used for this purpose, the company retains the right to terminate, vary or suspend such Accounts and take whatever action it considers appropriate.
If any information provided by a user or prospective user is provided fraudulently, or is inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the company has the right to terminate, vary or suspend the user's or prospective user's Account.

Payment Terms
Search Lotto aims to pay all winners within 7 working days of the lottery draw. Payment terms are via PayPal or BACS transfer.
Search Lotto will not be held responsible for delays in the payment reaching user by :
Search Lotto will not pay the user any form of compensation in the event that the payment fails to reach the user's account within the time scales mentioned.
Valid Searches
Search Lotto determines what classifies as a valid search using a number of parameters. These include time delays between each search, non repeating searches, and automated search pattern identifiers.
Search Lotto's decision as to whether or not a search is a Valid Contributing Search or in respect of any other matter or dispute arising from the awarding or non-payment or non-awarding will be final and binding upon all users and any other person or persons having any interest in the matter or dispute.
Expiration of Winning Funds
In the event that the funds transfer is attempted and rejected by the recipient's PayPal or bank account, or in the event that the user does not provide any PayPal or bank account information, Search Lotto will retain the winning funds for a period of 30 days from the draw date. All unclaimed winning funds are distributed to charities nominated by Search Lotto, details of which are available through the website or by contacting us.
Disclaimer
You agree that Search Lotto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to any loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, cost of procurement of substitute services, howsoever caused and whether arising (i) as a result of the use of, or the inability to use, the Services or otherwise in connection with the Site, or (ii) on the basis of breach of contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise. These limitations will apply whether or not Search Lotto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
